Very welcoming and helpful
We found you and your family and staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel to everything else in Southend was fantastic too. Overall 10/10. We’ll be back and will recommend to friends too. Thank you Teresa Morgan
