Hotel Policies

Check-in / Check-out

Check in from 2:00pm until 10:15pm — please let us know in advance if arriving later. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00am. You are welcome to arrive early to register, park and drop your bags.

Cancellations

Bookings must be cancelled before 2pm one day prior to arrival. No-shows or cancellations with less than one day's notice are charged the total booking fee.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Under-1s stay free using existing bedding; one further child under 2 is £5 per night in a cot (max. one cot per room).

Pets & Smoking

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the hotel or apartments. Smoking, parties and gatherings are not permitted in the apartments.
