The Ilfracombe House offers six fully equipped self-catering apartments with one, two or three bedrooms — ideal for families who need more space than a hotel room, theatre crews performing at the Cliffs Pavilion, and contractors working in Southend, Westcliff, Shoeburyness, Basildon and Wickford.
Prices are per apartment per night, not per person, and include a full English breakfast at the main hotel next door.
The "Italian" style first-floor apartment, for example, has two double bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and two separate bathrooms. Kitchens include an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine, and all bed linen and towels are provided.
